It's a good game - though dominated by black's error (18. ... Nc5) which loses a piece.

After 3...e5, examine your CHECKS and CAPTURES. 4.Nxe5! wins a key central pawn. Of course, your tactics were better than your opponent's--you picked up the Bh3! If you want to get more tactical practice (and thus improve faster) consider tactical openings like the Italian Game--yours is pretty passive. Or in the middlegame strive to open up the position with pawn breaks like b4/f4, or even better read a book on tactics. :)
