how can we get a title in chess.com(title as in GM, IM, FM, etc)

You can't! It's as simple as that. Titles like GM, IM, FM are earned in over the board play.

The only way you can get a title on Chess.com is to give yourself one. It won't be recognized by anyone, but at least you'll have it.

You first get the title in real life. Then, you send proof, such as a photo, and your rating to chess.com. Once they have proof, you can get your title on chess.com.

Maybe one day we will be able to earn chess titles in online tournaments, as more competitions move online.
once you actually get a norm, you have to contact chess.com and they'll give you the chess.com title
