So I use SCID vs PC, but I want it to add chess annotation symbols, which makes it clear for me how good my move was. Chess.com used to give you annotation for free, but ever since they made Game Review you have to use Premium. I know there is an annotate function in SCID, but it only gives variants and some random numbers saying the evaluation. Plus, there is no evaluation bar in SCID. So how do you make SCID give ALL moves an annotation like Chess.com? And I know there is this comment thing that lets you annotate by yourself, but what's the point of it if I don't know how good the move is? How am I supposed to learn from SCID? Am I missing an obvious feature?
I don't believe you can set it up to give automatic annotation symbols. You have to manually flag moves however you want them to be marked. You would make that decision based on the evaluation change between moves.
