How not to play against the Four Pawns Attack

This is an example of how not to play the King's Indian Defense against the Four Pawns Attack. I misplayed the opening, and played even worse in the middlegame. I would like to know whether there was any way to save my position after white got a clear advantage in the middlegame. This was an OTB game, 105 minutes with a 5-second delay. I lost so quickly that time pressure was not a factor. My opponent is a strong player, a 1900 USCF who has been over 2000 at times. I discussed the game with him afterwards, but this wasn't a full-blown postmortem.

I have not done the computer analysis.
