Yes. A couple months ago I played the blackburne shilling gambit trap, which from start to mate is all book moves, ending in smothered mate. 100 accuracy for both sides, but black still wins.

I once got a 100 procent accuracy opening. I had a really good opening and middle game, please don't judge my endgame it was REALLY bad for some reason.

No, Brilliant moves. best moves. great moves. Book moves, are all 100% accuracy if ran at the highest depth.
I think it is possible to get 100% because I think Hikaru got 100% against sevian.

Everyone says 100% is possible, and it is.
