Is this position a draw or win?

I recently played a game which ended in this position with white running out of time, and according to chess.com this game was a draw. However it is possible for white to lose this position like this:

I remember Carlsen beat Firouzja with a similar ending in a viral moment at the World Blitz 2019, this appears to me to just be the way chess.com works that all bishop/knight endings are considered draws even if wins are possible.

Yes, when chess.com's analysis says the position is a draw, it usually assumes that both sides play the best possible moves. It is certainly possible for either color to win that position, as long the opposite color makes a mistake at some point. However, if both sides play perfectly (well, perfectly according to the engine) then the position is drawn.

I ran through a few possible lines in this position, and it seems practically impossible for either side to lose the game, assuming they play logical moves.

As long as black doesn't lose their bishop, the position is completely drawn.

Yes I just always thought it was part of the rules of chess that as long as there is some possible way for the person out of time to lose the position, it's a loss. Although it may just be a FIDE rule.

Edit: to clarify I don't mean the analysis said it was a draw I mean that the game result was a draw when I believe black should win.

Yes happened to me

Could be a draw. If there is a position with checkmate using all the current pieces on the board that can be achieved without drawing, then checkmate is possible
