Kingside Fianchetto and Nh3 vs Dutch Defense

Here's a game review I completed on a 30+30 game. I had the white pieces and faced the Dutch Defense, trying out a kingside fianchetto with Nh3 setup.

I think that the Dutch Defene is more or less refuted?

Not a Dutch expert but I do recall that 7...c6 is theory, where Nf4 can be met with ...e5. When I do play the Dutch, my personal preference is to be able to play ...e5 and keep a pawn on e5.

Btw Matt, I really enjoy your articles on rating improvement. Is there any chance you could do one on which types of chess training will work well for different age groups?
