Me vs Computer Chess Engine 17 Level (2100)

I played a game, I had a board in front of me and a real chess clock with the time of 1 hour and 30 minutes +30 seconds. It says that this engine's level is 2100, and that's strange cause I won, that's true, there is the thing that engines aren't humans, but it still remains strange

The game was pretty easy, and I will definitely play some more games, because one game doesn't prove anything
While I am not competent enough to analyze your game: I do share what I perceive is your impression, too, that some wins seem peculiarly easy considering the rating levels (I had a puzzling one a few days ago on level 2100; the computer lost two pieces in exchange for two pawns within the first twenty moves).
So, while not wanting to take away anything from your win (it was, after all, not as outrageously odd as my referred to game), I am definitely open to the idea that the computer's performances may dip now and then.
