Missing virtual coach's comments from Game Report

Hello,
I noticed something changed in the Game Analysis recently. I searched this forum and did not find a similar topic. I believe a bug appeared on the website recently.

The "virtual coach" used to give brief explanation on every move during game analysis - why a move is good or a blunder by giving comments, for example "you exposed your Queen to an attack", "protecting that piece was a good idea". Since I think yesterday they are gone. Now the only feedback I am getting on my moves is engine-generated number.


Can we have the descriptive feedbacks back? Or is there a setting reenabling them that I could not find?

Are you running the Game Review? And choosing the tab for "Game Review."?

There were comments on every move when I ran it.

Sometimes, clearing your browser cache and restarting the browser makes good things happen.

Additionally I should explain that I have a diamond subscription that will expire in 2023. These missing explanations were one of the reasons why I decided to invest money in the subscription and now I feel I'm being robbed. I posted a bug report on the issue, but I believe there should be something else that I could do to have this sorted out rather sooner than later.

You signed up for a membership in May and it worked fine until when?

Did you change any settings recently? 

Please post a screenshot of what you are seeing now when you run Game Review.

Yes. My paid membership started on 15th of May. How do you know it was May and why is it important?
It worked fine until 2-3 days ago.

No, I did not change anything recently.

I also checked and the feedback is not seen in mobile version of Chrome for Android.

 

Whom should I bother to have it fixed?

It says on your profile when you got your membership.

When you set your language as Polish, did you set it to allow content in Polish only or Polish and all languages?

Notice the difference in the comments on the 14th move:

In Polish (only)

 

In English:

I would guess that the Coach's comments are in English and that your language choice excluded them.

No, the comments were in polish all along. I did not change the language recently.
Also, in my profile settings I am allowing "english + my language".

Well, I changed the language to english and the descriptions are back. I can live with that, but I don't think it is ok with people who don't speak the language.

I am having the same problem. What I find most strange is that the issue is very unpredictably intermittent. Literally, just now, I played one game and it worked—coach's advice was displayed for each move. My very next game, I did the same thing but no advice on any move. Both were wins. Nothing changed as far as I can tell.

This is such a fantastic feature and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT, but I am finding myself very disappointed when I want to review an important game and the feature is inexplicably missing.

UPDATE: I just realized that unless you have the Diamond plan, you only get coach's comments for one game per day. Guess I'm upgrading!

This problem has started to happen more frequently to me, but now i can fix it simply. After the second try to see a report, it works fine (in mobile app).

Yesterday my coach explanations worked but now it says I need to upgrade to diamond for them even though I haven't used a game review today.
