If youre referring to this..
It is how much time each player spend on each move.
IMBacon, can you help me out again??
So, this image shows a post-game analysis with the game report and it got me wondering. Clearly the graph illustrates how many points ahead I am versus my opponent, but then eventually instead of "points ahead" it notates me as "+M3, +M2, etc". This must mean the number of moves until the opponent will be checkmated (assuming optimal play)?
I noticed I was +M3, then +M2, then +M2, then +M1, then 1-0. And I seen in the game report that I have a mistake in the same time frame. So this must mean I missed an opportunity to move one step closer to checkmate?
Thanks!

That just means "mate in..."
And yes, when it stayed at mate in 2, you missed a quicker mate, or their was more than one move that leads to mate.
Hello all,
Other than playing some with friends when I was a pre-teen, I haven't invested any time into chess. However, I'd like to learn as much as I can and become somewhat proficient.
Could somebody please explain to me what the meaning of the numbers is on each move that is listed on the right side after each move?
Thanks to the first commenter who notified me it was the time spent on the move!
