EDIT: The game is drawn, I see it ended. Theoretically, you could have claimed a draw when it was your 40th move, by going to the arbiter/TD and announcing your intention to play Qe2+, which would then repeat the position three times.
Generally, in online chess, they don't do it this way, and have you claim the draw _after_ making the move which repeats the position 3 times. Maybe you got unlucky and your three draws were at times where the position was not yet repeated three times.
One of the two participants MUST push what was the "Offer draw" button, but now it should have changed to the "Claim draw" button. If neither person does this, the game will last forever.
Can't you claim a draw? Do it before your move not after.
