The worst feature of the game, beside Black's play, are your annotations. They are way too general. If you go over your game again and look for concrete plans and tactical possibilities you should be able to spot quite a few errors from Black.

You have either misunderstood this advice or someone told you nonsense. It is important to gain positional understanding but this doesn't mean that you have to change your playing style. If you're an attacking player a soundpositional understanding will tell you where and when to attack.

As a final remark, your first move doesn't say much about your playing style.
