Position Analysis

This is from a game of mine, and I thought it had too many options to post in puzzles. I was playing as Black, and when I had Stockfish analyze the game, I was surprised how much of an advantage it gave to White in this position with White to play:

I had two rooks and one bishop and a position to launch a lot of discovered attacks. White had two bishops and a knight, but he also only had one rook.

Two pieces are worth more than a rook.
The white bishop's pair is powerful.
Black is weak on the dark squares.
The position is completely winning for white.
White plays Nc3 to complete development and can then attack on the dark squares: pawn c5 with Ne4 and pawn g7 with Be5.
