I recommend the queens pawn opening in this specific instance. The main reason being you exposed the knight and ruined a future king side castle. If you want to save the knight now you have to move him to a bad position or risk a trade you may not want to give your opponent. The queens opening game let you have more chances for development such as f3/f4 or Ne2 for a proper defense of the left side knight.

I regularly play both kings pawn and queen pawn main line variations but never had seen openings like that if you r gonna play them like this, then both are trash and probably u r also  a trash so u better learn a good opening

Who plays 2.Qe2 or 2.Qd2 in those lines. Those are inferior moves

I prefer d4 more like queens gambit and catalan but I play both e4 and d4 and both are good if you play mainline stuff

I tend to do the King's Pawn Opening out of habit (not because it's the better or more efficient choice or anything) but there is an argument for saying that the queen's pawn opening is better, since the King's Pawn leaves the king out and vulnerable to checks. But then again, the Queen's Pawn leaves the queen out for attacks, which is probably just as bad. As a result I'm not really sure if there's a "best" among those two.

Notice that no one recommends playing either of those lines. That's because they're bad.
