In fact white cud hav won as all his pawns are on light squares. Its a case of wat black could do with his passed h pawn or if white could bring his king and knight over to the queenside on time. Or if white could somehow eliminate the d6 pawn while keeping the e4 pawn. However my Rybka program plays out a draw 71 move from this position!!!

I disagree with "white could have won because...".

While it's true that the pawns make sure the black bishop lacks targets, white doesn't have any winning plan either.

"...somehow eliminat the d6 pawn"? I\d say the key word in your message is "somehow". Eliminate it with what?  the black king can easily guard it.

If anything, Black's h pawn gives him some winning chances (better than white's), but it does seem like a drawn position.
