Why would this be a stalemate?
It's black's turn, they are not in check, and have no legal moves. That's the definition of a draw by stalemate.

Thanks Seems to me if black has no legal moves they lose. But then again I didn't make the rules.
It has changed in the past. It has been a draw like it now, a win for the stalemed player, and a win for the stalemating player.
One thing to keep in mind, especially with a large material advantage, is either checking the opponent king or making sure they have at least one legal move if your move doesn't put them in check.

In your last 10 stalemates, you stalemated your opponent five times and got stalemated yourself five times.
If stalemates were made to be wins, then you would have won five of those games - but lost the other five.
