Standoff-type game ended with poor play by me =(

Part of the problem I'm seeing is that your kingside pawn structure got really, really extended and wasn't able to support and protect your king.
Also, fairly early on, the B file became and open file for you. If you had been able to move your kingside rook to that file and influenced what was happening on queenside, then it may have allowed you to make something happen.
The A, D, and E files were the only ones that were really locked up. That left quite a few that were open and able to be worked with.
In this situation, I would have solidified my kingside defense and tried to exploit the queenside opening a bit more.

I was looking now at the position a bit deeper now. Taking the b-file is an option, as your c-rook is doing nothing on his current position (the c3 pawn is already protected by the Knight). Another try could be exchanging queens, at the price of having doubled pawns. I think this wouldn't be too bad for white here, because black queen is much more active than yours. Once queens had been exchanged, I would focuse my atention on the f-file, which would be open for your c-rook.
