why didn't you move ...e5 as early as 9.Qf3 or 10.Bf4 ?
24...a5? 25.Nb6! and 31...Qc7 the game could last a little longer...

Why not simply ( 19 ).....d5xc4 ? Now your up the exchange and a pawn and can control the open d-file. Then try forcing trades heading to a won endgame.

yes that would have been better and also after 26.Nc4 u could have Rd5 save your d-pawn, if white decided to go to Nd6.

9... e5 is more to the point than 9. ... Rc8. ...Rc8 is a very commiting move, in the sense that you're now compelled to prepare a ...e5 ...d5 structure to try and open the c-file.
10. Bf4?! looks like a dubious move, it helps you. Now 10... e5! comes with tempo, you're one step closer as in 10... e5 11. Bg6 Be7 12.O-O O-O. For your opponent I'd prefer 10. O-O, and against 10... e5 11. Bg5.
haha for some reason I like (for white) the strange-looking 14. e6!? , threatening mate and forcing either 14. ... fxe6 15. O-O Bg7 16. Rfd1 Qd6 (or 16. ... Rc8 17. Qe3 and that's so much for castling) 17. Qe3. ; or 14. ... f6 and the black bishop and Rh8 are gonna face some serious trouble.
I like your 19. ... Qe7, preventing Nc5, although I'd also have a look at ...dxc4, with control of the now open d-file.
20... Rfd8. Hum, prefer 20... Rb8 and ... Rb5.
24. b4 came late, and 25. Nb2! was very good. But then again, I think pushing the d-pawn at this point was not the most effective idea in this position (which explains the abundance of counterplay for your opponent), especially because Rd8 and Rd7 had their potential activity severely reduced. I would've concentrated efforts on doubling the black rooks on the b-file.
That's the thing. If after 19... Qxd2 I was sure white was completely lost, I'm not so sure now after 30. Qxd4. White's piece activity is ridiculously better than black's.
Very good game though. I think that if you sit down and write out your plans at each crucial point of the game (and other possible ideas, say 20... Rb8 ), you might learn quite a lot.
