Take with queen or pawn?

Hi all I would like to ask in this position would you take the bishop with the queen or g pawn?

In the game, I took with the queen to avoid damaging the pawn structure and Stockfish also suggests taking with the queen. But taking with the pawn also seems to have several advantages:

1. I can put the rook on the g file to target the king.

2. I need to open the position for the bishop pair, and the obvious pawn break to me was f5, while there didn't seem to be obvious pawn breaks on the queenside.

3. Castling queenside is safe enough so attacking on the kingside is not a problem.

What would you play and is there anything I haven't considered? Thank you!

Taking with the queen is better. The same pawn break can be used on f5 in the future without doubling the pawns. Also it is important for the pawns to each have their own individual file when pawn storming on the kingside.
