The most impressive?

I can think of 2 or 3 that come to mind (there are more but this is just my opinion)

Harry Pillsburys win over Siegbert Tarrasch in game 10 August 1895 at Hastings

Bologolyubov-Alekhine Hastings 1922

Emmanuel Lasker vs William Napier Cambridge Springs 1904

A game so complex that it's kept Masters baffled for decades

Not the best game ever, but my favorite; this is why Reti is my favorite player, a positional masterpiece: http://www.chessgames.com/perl/chessgame?gid=1007029

“Best” is a matter of dispute, but I love the game Geller - Eugene from Zurich 1953

There are hundreds of contenders for "best game ever".

I'm fond of Reti - Bogoljubov, New York 1924. Especially the finishing move:

Another favorite is Bogoljubov - Alekhine, Hastings 1922. Alekhine sacrificed his Queen and both Rooks, then promoted a Pawn to a second Queen, sacrificed it, promoted a Pawn to a third Queen, sacrificed THAT, and was advancing another Pawn to create a fourth Queen when Bogoljubov resigned.
