The Charge of the Light Brigade.

Underpromotion of 3 pawns to 3 knights. Cavalry Charge. I was winning the game and sacrificed all pawns and other pieces to arrive a this position. Yes, I know that Kd2 would've lasted longer... but still, if my opponent is bad enough to reach this position...well...

If you want the full game, please request... A lot of major blunders on my opponent's part and a serious blunder but mostly minor inaccuracies on mine.

Only problem here is that the Light Brigade did in fact lose the charge, only after a notable sacrifice. 
Although all other analogies work, the light brigade should in fact not have been there in the first place XD
