Using PGN analysis during Daily chess matches

A player with an active daily chess game can download the current game position to a PGN and upload it to the analysis function.  Even though he is prevented from viewing analysis on the current position to find the best next move, he can delete the last move on the PGN and load the position and then choose the analysis line (of 5 possible lines) that represents the current live position.  He can then get the analyzed next move for his daily game.

There is no incentive for me to play daily chess if my opponent can use computer analysis to make his moves.

The only way I can think of to prevent this practice is to disallow analysis using a PGN if a player has any active daily games, but this is extreme.

Any thoughts on how to solve this problem?

Ultimately, if you ever feel that someone is using unfair resources in a game, you should report them. There is only so much that can be done with prevention, such as what is currently done with limits on the on-site analysis. Ultimately making players aware of what is and isn't allowed, reporting suspect play, and checking games is what realistically can be done.

You could open a ticket with staff to see if the analysis function could be enhanced to try and find a match of the position that exists in any ongoing Daily game, at any point in the game.
