Wow.
What absolutely horrid chess looks like: 12 blunders and still a win
Wow.
Yep, and now that I think about it, double wow. S/he missed my queen twice in a row. That's how badly I played: I needed an 18 point swing in three moves to win.
We can quote the PGN from your game via a download link and then we put in the PGN to this little chess board just above the chat box (if you are using the website version, I doubt the app can post boards). We can also change the parameters of the game (eg make the name of the players anonymous etc).
(Board details edited to your request)
You should probably edit that to make the names anonymous as I didn't ask permission from my opponent. Then again I suppose you can just get it from my profile.

You're fairly considerate for a butt tiger.
Because of numerous instance of both sides leaving something critical like the queen to be taken, only for both players to fail to see it. But you’re right. Since then I have seen even worse. Such humiliation...

Tartakower was fond of saying that the winner of a chess game is the player who made the next-to-last mistake.

Actually, I once played a game like that once, where I left my queen hanging for three consecutive moves, before my opponent took it with his queen (which was also en prise). However, that was in serious time trouble, so I guess that is to be expected.
So this was god awful. It's probably the worst game I've ever played, but my opponent still managed to make one crucial blunder that lost the game. I had no right to win. This was embarrassing.
Not sure how to post games yet, so here's the move list and the analysis URL.

I haven't felt this ashamed since I messed the bed when I was four years old. How on earth did I make so many monumentally dumb moves?
