I just use the one on chess.com for analysis, which is Stockfish (but I don't know how deep the analysis goes).
Stockfish to see if I made the right move after the fact. Usually, no.

If I wan't to play a 'serious' game against an engine I either use my old Novag Super Forte (wich I should beat, but not easy) or the old pc program Bringer in instant mode (wich is quite even: I play deeper and better positionally, but it often find some short tactics that I miss). Playing stronger engines is not interesting.
