Is this an ongoing game? If so it's considered bad etiquette to ask for advice during the game. All analysis should take place after the game has finished.
resign if you need to ask for help during a game. Thats outside help and can be ruled a win for your opponent

1. Qh5 is your best move according to Fritz
then resigning and asking for advice afterwards is also what Fritz says to do
