What's the correct move here?

Well it is not very nice position for white. The Knight on f3 is going to fall and you will have to take it with gxf3, and with that move weaken you king safety.

Black seems to have the advantage with better development and more space. White need to continue with his development, so best may be 1.Be3 and perhaps try to get rid of that Black knight on d4 with 2.Bxd4 and 3.Ne2. If you don't want to exchange the bishop, then play 2.Nb1 and 3.c3.
Truly the only good way out of your position is to not get in that position. You can hardly move any of your pieces. Once you take gxf3 your king is almost naked. Your only hope is to get some pieces over there to help. Probably best is Be3 then Bxd4 allowing your knight to move Ne2, then Ng3. Before moving Ng3 you could try f4, so your queen can guard h5 and can move via f3 to reinforce the king. I looked at your game and don't see the purpose of your later Qe1 which weakened f3, or of Rb1 which seemed to do nothing. You should have been focused on how to get pieces over to help the king.

Thanks guys, I went over the game with the player I was playing with and we decided that this wasn't the critical position after all, it was prior to this when I allowed this position to come up, like some of you had said. Be3 and Bxd4 were the moves that I played, but it was really to late, After I had to take back with gxf3, His queen was able to come in and quickly find checkmate.
