Why does the sound not work in game review?

the sound of the coach on game review doesnt work! and the sound button is missing!

I believe that feature is currently only available in Beta

and it works once or twice a day.

Beta is a feature that provides updated code before it's launched to the rest of the site.

It's possible the feature is also out to a subset of members but I haven't heard of issues with it not working.

The game review hasn't worked right since they "improved" it a while back. Lots of people complained about it at the time, but they didn't listen to their subscribers and left it as it is now. They could have rolled it back to the previous version and people would have been happy with that. At the same time, they could have continued working on the improved version until it worked perfectly, THEN updated the feature. Unfortunately releasing software before it works correctly happens more and more frequently these days. Live and learn doesn't seem to apply anymore.

I had the same problem, all of a sudden no voice when showing the review. I could make it work again:

click on the small gear icon, on the top of the screen, where the time is shown (just on the right side)

go to "interface"

I have chosen all option and the coach

=>Sound is back.

I have found that if you enable all the settings like chrischach said, you will have the audio button. I however only get sound when I turn it off and on again, but only once. I have been pressing it every time lol.
