Better for black is 3. Nxe5 Ne7 is not always losing for black, although he cannot easily get compensation for the lost pawn. 3. Nc3 might actually be better for white in this opening, since white can easily develop faster than black, here.
This is the quickest mate I have ever had! And as usual, I played the Scotch opening.
