I like how some engines now resign. I've only every incounter things that play until checkmate. Does it only resign inposition like 1 move before checkmate, or does it have a wee bit move knowledge. Also, what's the 5.32 bit?
Good win though. Using good tactics to get the king open, create a mating net and then......fritz resigns :)
Well it was mate in 3 or sometihng ... I think that's when I have fritz programmed to resign...
That's a pretty impressive win considering the tactical capability of Fritz 5.32. It is still one of the best calculators in tactics because it was so heavily optimized
Exactly why you do not play the Classical French against ih8sens. Instead, play the Rubinstein 4. b6! variation.

All things considered I can't take too much credit. Black (Fritz) walked into an opening that I know very well. Nonetheless, it's really a beautiful game. It's rare I beat Fritz so I thought it would be a choice game to post.
