Your account will be closed if Chess.com has sufficient evidence, but I don't even think the evidence is present at all. It looks pretty clean.
Coming from a player who enjoys sacrificing a piece for two pawns, I do like that sacrifice, even if it does not result in you winning the game. It nets you a strong open file beyond just the value of the pieces.
You can proceed to report the user for his comments if you feel unjustified. Actions will more likely be taken against him than against you.
EDIT: Checked with Stockfish. The comp didn't like the sacrifice too much, giving White a small evaluation edge. It all turned awry for White after 15. Nh2.
I have just played a bullet game and some 1 accused me of cheating... well not directly. Usually I have chat disabled, and why... well although chess seems to be a highly intellectual undertaking, normally what people tend to convey in the game-chat is the lowest form of communication. However once in a while I want to see if I have gone wrong so I'll take a peek, and yet usually I am correct in my assessments.
