Beginner's Luck!

congratz- i suggest trying horrible oppenings like that to see why they dont work in most cases- just dont push it =)

Well, you didn't so much win as your opponent lost. Break yourself of the habit of bringing your queen out early. It will be attacked while your opponent develops his/her pieces and you'll lose time and development by moving your queen out of danger.
There's a thread on that opening with the early queen salvo. My understanding is that, against an experienced player, it's a recipe for pain.
You seized an opportunity. I've noticed that the rules apply differently depending on the game and who you're playing. Sometimes you can get wrapped up in making someone pay for bringing their queen out early and you get sucked in and they keep taking advantage of it. I've been picked apart by people with pretty much nothing but their queen in some games, and sometimes I've made people pay. But it is very dangerous, especially if you're playing timed games and/or an experienced opponent. Losing your queen early makes it rather hard to checkmate someone quickly, at leas that's what I've found.
