13.Qxg4!? Bxg4 14.dxc6, and White, having three pieces for the queen, might be able to draw. In any case, it's still a game!

If I had played the same sacrifice at Move 9, he would have 2 minors and I would have a Queen, if the queen had captured the notorious knight.

Yeah Bxh2 should've been played on move 9. Move 10 and move 11 was played for weakening that e3 square after f4 was played, but 9. Bxh2 was solid.
Qxg4 lets him get only two pieces for a queen if played on move 9.
