Checkmate after Demolition sacrifice

A game I played here today where I sacrificed a bishop for two of the kings defending pawns to end up with a checkmate, it succeeded but I think that both me and my opponent made many mistakes and was hoping that someone here could point out a few of them (for both sides)

Thanks in advance, Kupov.

move 11 - instead of r e1, e5 would have netted u a knight. Even if black plays h6, pxkn threatening the q would have forced pxp and u get the h pawn and castle is shattered - winning advantage

After putting this through the computer analysys which just game back, the computer repeatedly calls my moves mistakes and says e5 is the best, now I see why, lol.

Yes I missed that mate, though it was mate in 2 regardless at that point.
