Yes, it is a textbook combination, but what would be the point of textbooks if you never got to use what they teach? I like it when my attacks go smoothly. 
Anyway, given how much your Queen has moved, it could fit in this thread: A Restless Queen. I would be interested to see other examples of effective Queen treks.
Good fun game. I was surprised you did not play 18...Nxd5 threatening ...Nc3 as it tends to stop white's counterplay. I was a bit scared for you with white's pawn push and all.

ah a mistake...I missed that...thanks for pointing that out.I think I was caught up on thinking about another move too much,and also I tend to get nervous when I'm up material against strong players...
