this was a game to show you not to get your queen out to early
Your opponent played comically and you gave him the thrashing he deserved... but still there's a few places where you could sharpen up.
Did you consider 14. Qa4+ ? I think it's pretty strong. If black interposes N,B, or pawn... you take with your N and give discovered check. But I must admit your text move works just fine.
At move 16, why take the queen? what's the rush?
How about 16. Bf5+! instead... if he interposes the queen 16...Qe6 you take 17.Bxe6+ (with mate to follow, see next variation)... or if he moves 16...Kc6, you deliver 17. Qa4+ b5 18.Qxb5#.
17.d3? What was wrong with d4? If you play d4, then play your bishop takes pawn check you force him to retreat into a cooler mate 
.
21.Be5# (no need for the rook check first)
