How to Alleviate a Bad Case of Cramp

Being a King's Indian player I would of strived for ...b5 at one point but because you allowed him to double your pawns with 6.Bxc6+ bxc - you were left with very little opportunities to attack whites huge pawn centre, due to the convenient placement of his pawn on e5. I would have played 5...Bd7, which would of protected the knight and also eyed the b5 square, after ...a6 kicking the bishop ...b5 is unstoppable and you can hope for equality. I think you were lucky (like you mentioned) that white did not seem to focus on anything in particular and also he was very kind to activate your dormant kingside pieces adjacent to the vacuum surounding his exposed king. But that was a very entertaining game and i thought you played it very well after he made the mistake of giving you counterplay - the skewer and fork tactics were well executed with ...e5. Welcome to chess.com and I hope we see some more of your rookywooks =D great game.

Thanks for those comments... I should probably admit that I've only recently started to play more 'positional' and 'quiet' openings having been a tactical fiend for much of my immature chess years. That probably goes some way to explaining the way I mishandled the opening - and the way I subsequently managed to sneak out of the cul-de-sac. Keep the comments coming!
Cheers,
