You shouldn't have offered that draw. You have a big advantage on move 41 since Black's Knight's outposts don't attack anything and you are ahead in material A Rook against a Knight in an Endgame where the Knight has no good outposts is a huge advantage to the Rook.
I offered this guy a draw!

22. Nxf8??
You had 22. Nxe7+ Not only is winning a whole piece better than winning a rook for a knight, this move forks the king and queen!
The draw offer was silly. You have a huge advantage. In fact, at move 44 you could just win the knight by playing 44. Rh7+ and 45. Ra7 planning 46. Ra1. The knight is trapped. Even if you can't win the knight, a rook is way better than the knight in an endgame and your rook is active.

Actually you don't have any vulnerable pawns, as the Black King can't get to your e-pawn because of your Rook! And obviously he can't stop your h-pawn, so this game is O-V-E-R.

although you missed that nice queen fork... it worked out to be a better win for you. I like Loomis's comments, the part about winning the knight at move 44 is helpful to think about. I miss things like that all too often. Good Game

that draw offer was very nice of you. (that means you were killing him and shouldnt have offered a draw) given a winning position ratings don't matter espicially since he was only 200 points above you.
I had a bit of an advantage as we moved into the end game, but not enough to overcome a player rated much higher than myself, so I offered a draw, and he didn't accept it. So I was forced to stick with the game, and I cleaned up the board.
