King Safety

This is a game I recently played that shows the importance of keeping The Big Man safe. Disclaimer: there were quite a few errors on both sides I'm sure; however,

the game does illustrate the problems of an exposed king.  I've gone ahead and put in my thoughts on the game.  I also never formally learned chess vocab, so sorry if I get some things wrong. Comments welcome.

doh!  my excuse is that i was behind on time, and my instinct said Qg8 so i just played it. on the plus side, it was fun chasing the king around.  good call

dc normally when i go down a bishop the game is essentially over

You really didn't pay much of a price...your opponent, on the other hand...
