I'm not seeing any moves which a decent 1800-odd wouldn't be expected to play. If you don't put opponents under pressure and/or leave obvious weaknesses to exploit, the opponent will usually play more accurately. Sure, probability says this person was probably cheating, but it's also perfectly possible they are underrated and that the high accuracy score was simple coincidence. 

Anyway, since you're obviously bitter about losing and out for justice, try comparing this to other games by the same opponent for some more compelling evidence.

How do I report someone whom I do not believe to be playing by the Fair Play rules above?
