Then he wins your black squared bishop, as it's only protected by your queen. I'd have to look again, but I'm pretty sure he could deal with your white squared bishop without too much trouble. I think my suggestion is a LOT better than the move he made. Your next move would have to be to push your f pawn to protect your bishop.
Here is one of my games from the 2nd 1400-1600 tournament. It wasn't the prettiest but I like a few things about it. Let me know what you think.
