11...Ke7! would have kept his King safe and your attack would have been stopped. Indeed, if this game wasn't a blitz game your attack would have been squashed. Since this move wasn't played, however, it seemed like a fine game. Must have been fun to play!

Thought I would share this really fun game I just had where I sacrificed my queen with the first 10 moves based on a 'gut feeling' that I could force a mate.
It is by far NOT the perfect game or anything, and I could have mated faster, but this wandering king game is very fun to watch. Enjoy!

No doubt it was a fun game to play. King's gambit games are often exciting.
As you probably guessed, your queen sac was extremely unsound...and I would've salivated if I was playing the black pieces! Not to say that you had no compensation for the piece...but it's not enough. Even after black played Kd7 (instead of Ke7), he could've still probably played b6 and "fianchettoed" his king to safety.
Nonetheless, you did capitalize on your opponents mistakes and were able to bring home the victory. Go go blitz!
