Rookless

This is a game I played on Live Chess where my opponent did not even move his rooks. It goes to show that rooks are really powerful pieces and should be used if you want to win. Leaving them alone will lead to a quick defeat.

I wouldnt say he lost because he didnt move his rooks. He seemed to blunder alot and your checks didnt give him time to move his rooks.

Looks like you had the right idea of getting your rooks into the game and I have to agree with moaz your checks didn't help.Your attack was strong.

I agree with moaz.  He lost because of his mistakes, not because of some subtle strategic flaw.  You had a handful of moves which you missed as well.  You were winning anyway, but instead of 15...g6, 15...Qc5+ looks a whole lot stronger.

Hm...ok. Thx guys! I'm not a strong player to begin with so I always thought I was missing something.
