I prefer Qxd5 over exd4
Nf6 may have been better than Bf6
I like c6 better and after his rook move you pin the knight
Nxc7 is better

Here is yet another rook and knight combo. I had to run my opponent's knight out of there to avoid a possible knight trade. After I did that, there were a couple of moves he could have made to avoid the mate, but I don't think he saw it coming.
So, that being said, here is another checkmate thanks to the almighty rook.
