Need help for getting past 1000 Elo

I've been stuck at 1000 ELO flat on basically everything rapid, blitz etc. I don’t know why but I can't seem to improve I'm on actively its like one day I gain 100 elo the next day I lose 200 Elo. Can anyone tell me some tips I could use? I mainly use these two openings kings indian defence, and queens gambit.
