It will probably be some kind of philidor defense. Most games probably directly transpose for example 3.Nf3
Or maybe a pirc line which is more normally reached by 1.e4 d6 2.d4 Nf6 3.Nc3 e5
That's how I'd think of it anyway.
What really defines an opening is the pawn structure, so sometimes it's not defined after only 2 moves. If you show a few more moves you could get a better answer.
I have searched around on the internet, but I can't find the name for this opening, which i guess is kind of a reversed French defence. Anyone know what it is called?
