The number (in this case 0) after the oblique is for additional seconds per move.
e.g. 10/10 would be 10 minutes per move plus additional 10seconds
10/05 10 mins per move plus 5 secs.
Excuse my lack of knowlege, is the 10/0 rapid 10 min games or 10 sec a move? thanks.
