1000 ELO Steps to reach 1600?

Hello chess forumers. Can someone help me reach a 1600 ELO? I currently know all about opening principles, general tactics (but not how to use them in games), how to make logical moves, and more general stuff 1000 rated players know. To get a better grasp of where I’m at—I can beat an 1800 rated computer if I make 0 blunders, and if it’s playing semi-passively.
