15|10 once a day, or 30+0 on alternate days

I have been playing 10+0 chess for years. I am currently around 1870.

I make tactical mistakes and frequently land under time pressure.

Please advise me (caption)

Also, I have the Woodpecker Method book. How many puzzles do I solve daily?

15|10 is the best time control.
It is the official rapid time control e.g. for the Rapid World Championship.
Thanks to the increment you have 10 seconds/move to win a won position or draw a drawn position.
Woodpecker is overrated. Better analyse your own lost games.
Solving 4 puzzles is a good warm-up before you play, but that is about it.

It's generally recommended to solve a manageable number of puzzles each day, ensuring that you give each puzzle sufficient attention and effort.
