What time control was it? Because if it was bullet then I can kind of believe that, but rapid or classical and I think there's some issues that need addressing.
Oh, then yeah 28 blunders seems reasonable (I guess, I wouldn't know because I try and avoid anything below 30+0 like the plague). I just don't get how 15 blunders and 64.6% accuracy checks out though?
Wow, that's quite a handful of blunders in one game. Note that you can make several inaccuracies and still not lose.
