You lost on time in a fair, typical 1+0 game against an 1850.
Your fastest move in the game was 0.1 seconds - you are able to premove. So if you don't want to lose on time, just premove / move faster than your opponent!
Then you should always win right 
(Unless you need to take more time because you're not good enough... :/)
